PAVE/X MASTERS is an in-person & online education extension of our industry leading event – allowing, for the first time ever, the opportunity for paving & pavement maintenance professionals to earn accreditation badges in any of SEVEN pillars of excellence for the industry, as they seek to set their skillsets and knowledge apart from their competition.

Certification as a PAVE/X MASTER is accomplished by completing a minimum of 10 credit hours in any pillar of excellence of the student’s choice.
To obtain a badge, students must complete a minimum of three (3) hours at any IRONMARKETS in-person events that host qualifying education sessions (such as PAVE/X or the IGNITE Construction Summit) and seven (7) course hours of education, either online or at a qualifying IRONMARKETS in-person events.
SET YOURSELF APART
The PAVE/X MASTERS program features seven (7) pillars for students to choose from. Students can take courses in one pillar or work on multiple certifications simultaneously. Once a certification is obtained, contractors will receive badges to add to their websites, and certificates that display their achievements.
This nationally recognized accreditation will set contractors apart from their competition. Highlighting this achievement shows they have formally advanced their skills and have achieved an accreditation in their field – making them more reliable and competent to perform the work.

Courses given at PAVE/X: The Pavement Experience and the IGNITE Construction Summit elevate your education in ways that can’t be accomplished behind a computer screen. These events give you a chance to interact deeper with the subject matter and your peers to learn on a higher level.
For this reason, we made it a priority for students to take is a minimum of three credits in-person at one of our events each year in order to obtain and maintain their PAVE/X MASTERS certification. Should you choose to take them while you’re with us – GREAT!
